1. First step, you can choose a item design from our catalog that you want, and all the size,color,design model can be customized, so share your idea and the furniture requirements to us, then we will ask our designer team to design free 3D drawings based on your requirements, until satisfied with you. And we will make a detailed quotation based on your requirements. The below picture is the 3D drawings that we made.


2. Secondly, once confirmed your item design and the quotation, we will make a invoice for you. Our payment terms is 50% deposit before producing and 50% balance payment before shipping, but before shipping we will send you clear video and photos, until satisfied with you, then you make the left 50% balance payment. We also appreciate you can arrange the third inspections to check the item. It can ensure the item is exactly that you required. For the payments we also accept TT, Paypal,Wastern Union,Credit Card and LC, you can select the one that convenient for you.

The third, we also provide shipping service for you if required, we can do EXW,FOB,CIF,DDU,DDP shipping terms; if you do not know how to do Customs Clearance and pick the item from the port, you can choose DDU(door to door) shipping service, and we can help you do all these things, you just need to stay at home to receive the item.

The fourth, when the item arrived to the port, we will inform you in advance. When you get the item, we hava quality warranty, if any quality problem, you can talk to us directly, we will help you repair or refund to you.
